“…the drawings serve an unspoken purpose: They humanize a behemoth built on algorithms, servers and semantics, connecting users across the globe to the Google domain.” The Google Doodle was initially created by the main men themselves: Larry Page and Sergey Brin, but has expanded into its own important and characterizing segment of the company. The process for creating the Google Doodle wasn’t “formalized until 2003, according to original lead doodler Dennis Hwang.”
